At Downpour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
